The Lynnfield Public Library experienced some flooding in the lower level on Thursday, October 23. Fortunately, the Fiction and Mystery collections were left untouched (barely). However, the room where book donations are stored did not fare so well.
At this time we are asking that you please hold off on bringing in your book and DVD donations, since the library is still in the process of cleaning up and sorting through what might be salvageable from what isn’t.
Please call ahead (781.334.5411) in the coming weeks to see if the Friends can accept donations before bringing them to the Library. We hope to have this all resolved as quickly as possible since we truly appreciate your donations!
