“Dining for a Cause” at the “99 Restaurant and Pub”

November 5, 2012 marked the first Friends of the Library “Dining for a Cause” event.  It took place at the “99 Restaurant and Pub” from 5-9 p.m.  The event was  very rewarding for the Friends, who earned a percentage of the proceeds of gift certificates and both eat-in and take out meals.   Silent auctions and raffles added to the proceeds realized by the Friends’ organization.   Thanks for Stacy Dahlstedt’s coordination of the fundraiser and to all the other Friends/local companies who donated raffle prizes or time and attention!   Thumbs up to the “99” for hosting this event.
