The Board of Trustees of the Lynnfield Library and the Board of the Friends of the Library enjoyed a joint potluck dinner at the Lynnfield meeting house on October 25, 2012. Issues of mutual importance were discussed, with the joint goal of optimizing library services. The Trustees/Friends expressed great satisfaction with the success of the recent book sale and agreed to consider ways to make it even better next year. We also conversed about final arrangements for the upcoming “Dining for a Cause” fundraiser at the “99 Restaurant and Pub.” Many delicious selections were provided by the members for the Potluck dinner.
