The Annual Used Book Sale on October 20 sponsored by the Friends of the Library was very successful! Many thanks to all those who contributed their time and efforts over several months to make it a success. Among those whose efforts should be recognized are Linda Burns, Book Sale Chairperson; Nancy Ryan, Library Director; Alexis Gilbode, Logistics Coordinator; Janine Saldahna, Friends’ President; and Sue Durkee’s sorting group. Thanks are also in order to all those who donated and purchased books or joined or renewed their Friends membership.
Many enjoyed browsing the wide variety of selections available at the sale and brought home armfuls of books. We expect that they will have countless hours of reading pleasure.
