<p><strong>Donations of gently used materials are now being accepted at the Library.</strong> Leave your boxed or bagged donations in the Library foyer, in the blue containers at the bottom of the entrance ramp, or at the Library Circulation desk.  The library is accepting donations of gently used books right up until the time of the sale.  Proceeds from the sale support the library and its programs such as the Summer Reading Program and the Museum Pass Program.</p>
<p><strong>Home pick-up of donations is available!</strong></p>
<p>To schedule a pick-up, call Friends&#8217; board member Alexis Gilbode at (781) 608-4179 to arrange a time.  If you would like to help out in other ways, please contact Friends President Stacy Dahlstedt at 781-334-6223.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Friends of the Lynnfield Library will be holding their annual book sale on Saturday, October 15, from 9AM-2PM at the Meeting House.  This year the book sale’s “bag of books” special is from 1 -2PM allowing you to fill a bag with books for only $4.00!  Members of the Friends organization are invited to preview all the wonderful merchandise at the Meeting House on Friday night October 14th from 6pm-8pm for first choice purchases.  Friends who bring their invite postcard on Friday will get a free book!  Not a member?  Simply show up Friday night and join.  This is the Friends’ most successful fund raiser!</p>
<p>Materials for sale include a wide variety of current paperbacks, beautiful fiction and non-fiction books, DVDs, and books on CD.  The Friends greatly appreciate the purchases you make.</p>
<p>The library is still accepting donations of gently used books and will continue to do so until the day of the sale. We look forward to seeing you there!</p>
